About The Position

The purpose of this position is to assist lenders in the preparation of loan packages before they are given to Document Processors. This role involves ensuring a complete understanding of loan packages, resolving any issues prior to document processing, and maintaining compliance with banking regulations and internal policies. The Workflow Coordinator will also foster strong relationships with colleagues, participate in various meetings, and embody the Bank's culture and standards. Effective communication, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and a sense of urgency are key. The role requires interaction with customers, expertise in computer software like Microsoft Office, and proficiency with office equipment. Participation in product development, implementation, and potentially training other staff members may also be required.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of regulatory policies & procedures
  • Working knowledge of real estate appraisals/property evaluations
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Assist lenders to ensure complete understanding of loan packages.
  • Resolve any issues that may need to be addressed prior to document processing.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of and comply with applicable banking regulations as well as internal policies and procedures.
  • Maintain an excellent working relationship with peers and teammates.
  • Participation in daily huddles, weekly department meetings, and quarterly town meetings (after work hours).
  • Believe, endorse, and demonstrate the Bank’s culture and standards.
  • Effectively communicate information clearly through all media channels (phone, email, written letters, etc.).
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Possess a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to interact with and assist customer at all levels.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the use of standard and specialized computer hardware and software packages such as Microsoft Office as well as office equipment.
  • Participate in product development and implementation as needed.
  • May conduct training for other staff members.
