About The Position

This 12-month contract role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, providing support to the Group Benefits Operations Teams. The individual will be part of and work closely with members of the Group Benefit National Workflow Team to ensure service standards are met daily.

  • Excellent keyboarding and computer skills (Lotus Notes, Outlook, Excel & Word)
  • Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only to answer calls from English and French-speaking clients across Canada or worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Manage requests and inquiries via various inboxes, maintaining service levels standards
  • Prioritize and assign work items in workflow tool based on set criteria
  • Retrieve, download and distribute daily reports
  • File, photocopy and prepare documents for off-site storage
  • Sort and distribute incoming hard copy mail or faxes and scan paper mail as requested
  • Support additional functions critical to operations such as managing small projects, perform manual member transactions, or any other task as requested
  • Support team on various 'clean up' projects or initiatives that foster an organized and healthy work environment
