About The Position

We are working with multiple law firms seeking Workers’ Compensation Hearing Representatives and Legal Support Professionals to support high-volume defense-side workers’ compensation practices. These opportunities involve lien resolution, WCAB appearances, medical evidence organization, settlement coordination, legal drafting, and direct client communication with employers, carriers, TPAs, and medical providers. Current Openings Hearing Representative (Workers’ Compensation Defense) Location: California (Fully Remote) Compensation: $55,000 – $120,000 + bonus opportunities Experience: 3–20 Years Work Model: Fully Remote This role focuses on California workers’ compensation lien defense and WCAB representation. Professionals manage lien caseloads, rate permanent disability under AMA Guides, negotiate settlements, appear before WCAB judges, prepare settlement documentation, and communicate directly with employers, insurance carriers, and TPAs throughout the litigation process. Workers’ Compensation Legal Assistant Location: Nashua, NH Compensation: $54,000 – $60,000 + discretionary bonus Experience: 1–3 Years Work Model: On-Site (5 days in office) This role focuses on workers’ compensation litigation support within a fast-paced defense practice. Professionals manage case files, organize medical evidence, communicate with clients and providers, draft routine legal documents, and provide dedicated support to a workers’ compensation attorney handling active litigation matters. Medical claims backgrounds are also welcomed.

Requirements

  • Workers’ compensation, legal support, claims, or hearing representative experience
  • Comfortable managing high-volume files and deadlines
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable interacting with attorneys, adjusters, medical providers, and clients
  • Experience: 3–20 Years (for Hearing Representative)
  • Experience: 1–3 Years (for Legal Assistant)
  • Medical claims backgrounds are also welcomed
