Workers’ Compensation Defense Paralegal Midtown Atlanta | Hybrid (3 Days In-Office) A well-established Atlanta law firm in Midtown is seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Defense Paralegal to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing cases from inception through resolution.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Workers’ Compensation defense experience
- Experience supporting defense attorneys in Georgia WC matters
- Strong knowledge of State Board of Workers’ Compensation procedures
- Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and correspondence
- Experience managing medical records and case summaries
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple files
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
