About The Position
Hasner Law, an established plaintiff’s injury firm, is seeking a workers' compensation paralegal to work out of our Kennesaw office. Hasner Law represents accident victims and their families throughout Georgia. Our paralegals are the backbone of all we do at Hasner Law in helping secure maximum benefits for our clients.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of Workers’ Compensation paralegal experience
- Experience with discovery, Board forms, hearing preparation, letter writing, and requesting/organizing medical records
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Professional attitude and empathetic in dealing with clients
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (is a plus)
