The Headquarters Claims department is seeking a workers’ compensation litigation specialist to handle and supervise workers’ compensation claims in our Fairfield, OH office. - Three or more years of workers’ compensation claim handling experience
Nice To Haves
- AIC, CPCU, SCLA or other relevant education
Responsibilities
- Supervise workers’ compensation claims for key accounts
- Supervise coverage/jurisdictional analysis and defense strategies
- Evaluate workers’ compensation exposure/reserves, including reserves greater than $100,000
- Work in team environment as part of Workers’ Compensation Claims
- Provide technical direction and support to Field Claims associates
- Prepare and present periodic reporting to key accounts
- Participate in development and delivery of training
- Involvement in special projects as needed
- Pursue continuing education to remain current and attain expertise relevant to job duties
