Our collaborative Corporate Benefits Team works together with HR professionals across the U.S. to ensure our programs are expertly administered and that our employees are supported through their return-to-work journey. We are looking for a Workers’ Compensation and Leave Program Manager to oversee our multi-state workers’ compensation, state and local leave programs. Manage our workers’ compensation vendor-partner, coach HR on leave administration and drive special projects to resolution. This Program Manager partners with our workers’ compensation third-party administrator and U.S. HR professionals to proactively support our injured workers, promote return to work and advise HR on accurate administration of our integrated Workers Compensation, short- and long-term disability benefits, FMLA and state leave programs.
