About The Position
The Law Offices of Bradford & Barthel, LLP seeks workers' compensation attorneys throughout the State of California. Requirements
- Active California State Bar membership in good standing.
- Minimum one year of workers' compensation defense experience preferred.
- Client-Focused Approach: Proactive, responsive, and committed to delivering exceptional client service.
- Skills & Expertise: Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating a fully paperless environment and leveraging web-based legal tools.
- Professionalism & Collaboration: Demonstrates a strong work ethic and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.
Nice To Haves
- Defense Base Act/Longshore & Harbor Workers' Compensation experience.
Responsibilities
- Representing clients in workers' compensation defense cases.
- Managing cases from assignment through resolution.
- Conducting research, analysis, and organization of case information.
- Communicating effectively in writing and verbally with colleagues, clients, and partners.
- Utilizing web-based legal tools in a paperless environment.
