Requirements

• Active California State Bar membership in good standing required.
• Minimum one year of workers' compensation defense experience preferred.
• Comfortable navigating a fully paperless environment and leveraging web-based legal tools.
• Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.

Nice To Haves

• Defense Base Act/Longshore & Harbor Workers' Compensation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Representing clients in workers' compensation defense matters.
• Providing exceptional client service from assignment through resolution.
• Conducting research, analysis, and organization of case information.
