About The Position

Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
Admission to the New Hampshire State Bar.
At least one (1) year of prior civil litigation experience.
Experience in both New Hampshire state and federal courts.
Self-starter with strong advocacy skills.
Proficiency in drafting and arguing dispositive motions.
Ability to perform legal research.
Ability to respond to discovery requests.
Experience taking and defending fact witness and expert depositions.
Attention to detail.
Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage own caseload from inception to resolution.
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials.
Engage with clients, experts, and fellow attorneys to develop litigation strategies.
Communicate with clients, providing updates and status reports.
Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare memoranda.
Work with partners and senior attorneys on case management.
