Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation claims
- SIP certification required
- Proven ability to analyze complex claims data, translating findings into strategic, actionable recommendations
- In-depth understanding of relevant Workers' Compensation guidelines, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience utilizing various claims database management systems
- Comprehensive understanding of the California Labor Code as it applies to workers' compensation claims
Responsibilities
- Create presentations for training purposes on all updates on policies, workers' compensation laws, and procedures
- Maintain a current and comprehensive action plan for all assigned indemnity claims
- Ensure timely completion of all claim file activities
- Oversee all internal and external audits
- Reviewing billing summaries
