About The Position

The Workers Compensation Claims Supervisor leads a claims team handling workers compensation claims in Colorado. The supervisor guides the team in delivering high-quality, efficient service and handling claims in accordance with Gallagher Bassett’s Best Practices. Responsibilities include hiring and training adjusters, establishing team goals, managing workloads, supporting performance and continuous improvement, and using Gallagher technology to improve efficiency and service quality. The role also communicates proactively and professionally with clients, carriers, and brokers and identifies coaching and development opportunities for team members. The position is eligible for fully remote work.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Minimum of 10 years of related claims experience.
• Appropriate licensure and/or certification in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of all team-member-related functions.
• 1–2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Workers compensation claims background.
• Colorado jurisdictional experience.
