Workers’ Compensation Claims Examiner - Hybrid
About The Position
Great West is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Claims Examiner to investigate, evaluate, and proactively manage workers’ compensation claims from start to finish. The role includes negotiating settlements, building relationships with injured workers, employers, medical providers, and attorneys, and making timely, thoughtful decisions that support successful claim resolution and an outstanding customer experience. The examiner will contribute to a collaborative team focused on excellence and continuous improvement. The position is based in Boise, Idaho, with a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days remote. A robust relocation package is available. Requirements
- Prior experience in workers’ compensation claims or a related insurance, claims, or risk management role.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
