In this role, you'll play a key part in managing claim details and delivering exceptional service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations and assessments to determine claim compensability.
• Work closely with injured workers to guide them through the claims process.
• Collect, review, and maintain proper documentation and records.
