As a Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster, you’ll play a key role in helping businesses and individuals recover from unexpected events. In this role, you’ll investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims with care and precision. You’ll determine coverage, assess liability, and calculate damages to ensure fair outcomes for all parties. You’ll also interact with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to gather information and communicate updates. Your ability to make sound decisions and document your work will be critical to achieving the best results for our clients.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma and at least 3 years of experience in claims handling.
  • Licenses or certifications required for handling claims in Arkansas
  • Knowledge of industry standards and practices.
  • Proficiency with claims and business software.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities
