Job Summary Acrisure is seeking a Telephonic Nurse Case Manager to support workers’ compensation claims through clinical case management and coordination of care. This role works closely with medical providers, employers, claims professionals, and injured workers to facilitate appropriate treatment, promote recovery, and support safe and effective return to work outcomes. Candidates must have hands-on experience managing workers’ compensation cases, as this is essential to successfully perform in this position. This is a position operating in a structured, high volume, fast paced environment. Success in this role requires strong organization, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining responsiveness, accuracy, and effective communication.
