About The Position
Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a nationally recognized Am Law 200 civil defense law firm, is seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney with 5 to 10 years of litigation experience to join its growing Workers’ Compensation Department in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to litigate a variety of workers’ compensation claims involving high-exposure, complex litigation, including repetitive trauma, occupational disease, death, and hearing loss claims for clients across numerous industries. Responsibilities
- Litigate a variety of workers’ compensation claims involving high-exposure, complex litigation.

- Represent clients across numerous industries including construction, manufacturing, technology, health care, retail, education and more.
- Work closely with experienced shareholders and associates for mentorship and skill development.
- Gain confidence and capability to grow into full case management at your own pace.
