About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various areas of law, including but not limited to , Estate Planning, Immigration Law, and Securities Law. This role requires exceptional analytical skills, the ability to negotiate effectively, and a commitment to providing high-quality legal services to our clients. The Attorney will be responsible for representing clients in legal matters, conducting thorough research, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
Excellent research skills with proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Nice To Haves

Proven experience in litigation and negotiation is preferred.

Responsibilities

Taking depositions of physicians and medical providers
Handling hearings
Updating the case management system
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
Conduct legal research using tools such as Westlaw to support case strategies.
Litigate cases in court as necessary, presenting evidence and arguments effectively.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations impacting client interests.
Communicate with clients regarding case progress and legal options available.
Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure comprehensive legal support.
