About The Position
Marshall Dennehey, P.C. is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Attorney with 5 to 10 years of litigation experience to join its Workers’ Compensation Department in Cleveland, Ohio. The role involves litigating a variety of workers’ compensation claims, including high-exposure and complex matters. Common claims include repetitive trauma, occupational disease, death, and hearing loss claims. The firm represents clients in industries such as construction, manufacturing, technology, health care, retail, and education. The attorney will work closely with experienced shareholders and associates rather than being expected to independently manage cases from inception through trial immediately. The firm provides hands-on experience, ongoing feedback, mentorship, and individualized goal-setting to support development toward full case management. Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of litigation experience.
- Strong analytical thinking, legal writing, research, and communication skills.
