Requirements

J.D. and Massachusetts bar admission (in good standing)
0-3 years' experience in workers' compensation
Strong courtroom presence and ability to handle hearings independently
Exceptional time-management abilities
Proven capacity to adjust seamlessly to changing priorities

Responsibilities

Actively represent clients and argue cases before the Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents.
Review calendar and prepare for appearance before the Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents.
Balance legal precision with client advocacy.
Draft legal recommendations.
Review medical records.
Analyze employment documentation to build a sound case strategy.
Update clients on case developments.
