Requirements

J.D. and Massachusetts bar admission (in good standing)
0-3 years' experience in workers' compensation
Strong courtroom presence and ability to handle hearings independently
Exceptional time-management abilities and a proven capacity to adjust seamlessly to changing priorities.
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Professional judgment and a commitment to high-quality client service

Responsibilities

Actively represent clients and argue cases before the Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents.
Reviewing your calendar and preparing for appearance before the Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents while balancing legal precision with client advocacy.
Drafting legal recommendations, reviewing medical records, and analyzing employment documentation to build a sound case strategy.
Regularly update clients on case developments, offer strategic advice, and ensure they remain informed and confident in your representation.
Consulting with colleagues on a complex claim or discussing legal updates and procedural best practices.
Manage your caseload independently, meet filing deadlines, and participate in negotiations.
Maintain the highest standards of ethical and efficient defense.
