Workers' Comp Litigation Associate
About The Position
A Plaintiff litigation law firm is looking for a motivated attorney with two or more years in workers' comp law to join its growing team. The firm is looking for someone that can stick around long term. Employment Discrimination experience is a must. Responsibilities include motion work, taking and defending depositions, and trial work. Good writing skills are a must. The firm will consider motivated associates with at least one year of experience. There is no billable hour requirement. Spanish speaking is a plus. Pay is based on experience from $75-$100k/yr plus benefits.
