The Operations Worker II position supports daily activities related to the receiving, storage, handling, packaging, shipping, and application of raw materials, products, goods, and services, with a primary focus on truck dump and material flow operations. The role frequently supports overnight and downstream production needs, including cleaning processing areas affected by overflow material through shoveling, operating front‑end loaders to move cob into trucks, and dumping material into pits to maintain steady operations. Employees must safely operate mobile equipment, drive manual‑transmission vehicles, and remain productive during downtime by assisting with general facility needs. Work is performed in a physically demanding, non‑climate‑controlled environment that includes dust, debris, and gritty conditions, as well as working at heights of up to six to seven stories. A strong safety mindset is required, along with a willingness to train, cross‑train, and assist in other areas of the facility as needed to support overall operations. This role is ideal for hard‑working, self‑motivated individuals who take pride in learning multiple functions and contributing to a safe, efficient plant.
