About The Position
This is a 6-month contract role for a Workday Senior Project Manager specializing in Time & Attendance with expertise in Union Payroll. The role involves leading end-to-end transformation programs, configuring and validating union payroll rules, and driving system integrations. The position requires a strong understanding of union payroll rules, CBA interpretation, and data reconciliation. The project manager will be responsible for managing timelines, risks, and executive reporting, as well as facilitating workshops and documenting functional specifications. A key aspect of the role is ensuring compliance with labor and regulatory requirements and leading stakeholder communication and adoption efforts.
Requirements
- Time & Attendance systems implementation (UKG Pro, Workday, Infor)
- Union payroll rules configuration (overtime, premiums, meal penalties, shift differentials)
- CBA interpretation and rule mapping
- Payroll and time data reconciliation
- System integration across Time, Payroll, HCM
- Agile delivery (sprint planning, execution)
- Functional requirements and process design
- 10+ years in Time & Attendance and payroll systems
- Strong experience in union environments
- Hands on experience with UKG Pro, Workday, or Infor
- Experience leading large scale system transformations
- Strong data analysis and validation skills
- Experience working with system integrators
