We are seeking an experienced Workday QA Analyst to support and maintain a legacy PowerBuilder application while actively contributing to a strategic migration initiative. This is a contract engagement with an initial period of ramp-up as the developer familiarizes themselves with a codebase that has been in a stable, low-change state for over a year. The successful candidate will split their time between maintaining the existing PowerBuilder system and performing broader SQL development work, with a longer-term focus on planning and executing migration off PowerBuilder. Lead QA efforts across two implementation waves, including LMS, Employee Voice (Peakon), Advanced Compensation, People Analytics, Succession Planning, and Talent Reviews. Design and execute test plans, test cases, and regression suites for Workday modules and integrations. Validate inbound/outbound integrations built on Boomi and native Workday tools (Studio, EIB, PECI/PICOF), including data mapping accuracy, error handling, and end-to-end payload verification Identify, document, and track defects through resolution in coordination with functional and technical teams. Collaborate with implementation partners, business stakeholders, and developers to ensure test coverage across all go-live milestones. Support UAT cycles and provide sign-off documentation ahead of each wave deployment.
