About The Position

On behalf of DfE, we are looking for a Workday Integration Analyst (Inside IR35) for a contract role until 31/03/2027. This is a hybrid position, requiring two days per week in either London, Manchester, or Sheffield. The role involves engaging with stakeholders on requirements, ensuring all documentation is reviewed and Workday requirements are clearly defined, and providing realistic assessments of timelines for Workday activities. This includes security assessment, cyber security assurance, updating the Workday HLD document, drafting ISD, Workday configuration and testing in the implementation tenant, and moving to production. Detailed scoping documentation outlining agreed mapping is also a key responsibility, as is building the integration in the implementation environment and updating broader documentation such as release testing plans to ensure the integration is reflected.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working within Workday
  • ServiceNow experience
