Who We Are Looking For Are you a Workday expert who loves turning complex business problems into elegant system solutions? We’re looking for Workday Advisory Consultants to join our team. In this role, you’ll be more than just a configuration expert—you’ll be a trusted partner to our clients, helping them squeeze every drop of value out of their Workday investment. You’ll lead implementations, mentor junior consultants, and navigate the ever-evolving landscape of Workday with a mix of technical skill and high-level strategy. Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience leading Workday implementations, working in Post-Production/AMS, or managing Workday from the client side.
  • Deep expertise in at least one Workday specialty and have advanced knowledge in at least two others.
  • Experience leading workstreams through the entire project lifecycle.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills (even in remote environments).
  • Ability to influence diverse audiences to reach a consensus.
  • Ability to organize your own desk, hit deadlines, and maintain quality standards without someone looking over your shoulder.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to travel occasionally (less than 10% of the year).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of global Workday solutions.
  • Take business requirements from "idea" to "live," ensuring everything is tested and ready for prime time.
  • Lead interactive sessions with clients to dig deep into their needs.
  • Recommend best practices and propose creative solutions.
  • Prioritize and execute tasks across multiple projects at once.
  • Oversee project scope, quality, and timelines, ensuring we deliver excellence every time.
  • Be the client’s voice when working alongside other implementation partners, providing a third-party perspective and making sure their needs are truly met.
  • Dive into the root cause, troubleshoot, and fix issues when things don’t go as planned.
  • Mentor less experienced consultants and contribute your "lessons learned" to our internal knowledge base to help the whole team grow.
