About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Functional Consultant to support Workday implementations, enhancements, configuration, testing, and HR transformation initiatives. The consultant will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, design Workday solutions, and support successful delivery. End-to-end Workday HCM implementation experience is required.

Requirements

Extensive experience as a Workday HCM Functional Consultant.
Mandatory: Workday Core HR.
End-to-end Workday HCM implementation experience.
Strong experience with: Core HCM, Organization Management, Business Process Framework, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Absence Management, Recruiting, Performance Management, Learning.
Workday HCM configuration and security experience.
Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
Requirements gathering and solution design experience.
Strong stakeholder management and business consulting skills.
Experience with integrations, testing, and data validation.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

Workday HCM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Act as the Functional Consultant for Workday HCM implementations and enhancements.
Conduct requirements-gathering workshops and fit-gap analysis.
Translate business requirements into Workday functional designs.
Configure and support Workday HCM modules and business processes.
Collaborate with HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, and technical teams.
Support data migration, testing, defect resolution, and production deployment.
Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials.
Provide post-go-live support.
Identify and implement continuous process improvements.
Ensure solutions align with HR policies, security, and regulatory requirements.
