Requirements
- 5 OR MORE YEARS OF RELEVANT TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE IN WORKDAY
- 7+ years of business analysis, functional consulting, or HR systems implementation experience
Responsibilities
- EXPERIENCE GATHERING REQUIREMENTS, DESIGNING SOLUTIONS, PROTOTYPING, AND TESTING WORKDAY CORE HCM SOLUTIONS BASED ON CUSTOMER NEEDS
- SUPPORT CONFIGURATION, ENHANCEMENT, AND OPTIMIZATION OF CORE HCM FUNCTIONALITY WITHIN WORKDAY
- Hands-on experience administering Workday Recruiting and/or Onboarding, including business process configuration, security, reporting, testing, and production support
- primary focus on enhancement configuration in Workday Recruiting and Onboarding
- Global configuration experience in Workday
- Strong knowledge in I-9 processes, onboarding administration tasks, journeys, and job application dynamic process configuration
- Demonstrated experience facilitating requirements workshops with global stakeholders.
- Global HR, Talent, Recruiting, Payroll, or Workforce Management initiatives
- HR, Payroll, Talent, Recruiting, and operational stakeholders across multiple countries and regions.
