Where We Need You Protiviti is looking for a Senior Consultant to join our growing People & Change team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- 2+ years working in Workday HCM implementation, Human Capital Consulting, Human Resources Technology, or a related field, either in professional services or industry.
- Hands-on configuration experience in one or more Workday HCM modules strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.
- Supervisory experience of teams including mentoring, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.
Nice To Haves
- Workday Pro Certification in one or more modules preferred.
- Professional certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PMP, or similar a plus.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the successful completion of project work plans.
- Identify areas of risk and opportunities to increase efficiency across Workday HCM implementations and optimization engagements.
- Strengthen relationships and deepen abilities to communicate, gain trust, and network with client personnel and professional associates.
- Accept responsibility for decision-making in areas including establishing project scope and work plans, project staffing, preparation of deliverables, and application of methodologies.
- Mentor, train, and coach Interns and Consultants.
