About The Position

iSoftStone, Inc. is seeking a Senior Workday Financial Integration Engineer to join our Team! This role is a 1-year contract position onsite in Palo Alto, CA. The engineer will act as a domain expert in Workday Financial Integration areas, including Web Services Integration Development, Studio Integrations, Reporting, EIB, and Connectors. They will work across a distributed technical landscape to design, develop, test, and support data conversion and integration solutions. The role involves identifying, assessing, and solving complex business problems for integrating the Workday cloud application with external applications across Financial functional areas. Collaboration with functional leads and architects is key to clarifying business requirements and achieving consensus on organizational needs and priorities. The engineer will also prepare detailed estimates and test plans, work closely with business partners to understand business processes, drive the design, configuration, and deployment of new projects and system enhancements, participate in change management and go-live support, and develop documentation for systems.

Requirements

  • Experience with common integration problems such as security, data conversion, and implementation approaches.
  • Experience with Workday Web Service APIs, Studio, BIRT Reporting, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Advanced Report Writer, Cloud Connect (PICOF, PECI, CCW, CCB), Business Process Framework, Configurable Security, Calculated Fields, Custom Fields, XML/XSLT.
  • Experience working with PRISM Analytics and Accounting Center.
  • Strong understanding of Workday Financials data model, including GL, AP, AR, etc.
  • Ability to deliver Workday integration solutions including requirements capture, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-go-live support.
  • Experience delivering large-scale Workday Financial engagements or complex IT engagements.
  • A bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or similar discipline.
