This role involves defining project scopes and objectives based on user needs and system requirements. The analyst will modify procedures to solve problems, considering system capacity, resources, and desired outcomes. Key responsibilities include analyzing business and user needs, documenting requirements, and translating them into system specifications. The position requires technical project management, leading implementations and upgrades, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. The analyst will also document and drive best practices, provide guidance and training to less experienced analysts, and be responsible for the maintenance, administration, and development lifecycle of Enterprise Applications, specifically focusing on Foundational Data Model technical processes. This includes testing and planning for Workday quarterly releases, collaborating with Finance functional areas, staying updated on Workday enhancements, and analyzing learnings from peer groups and professional networks. The role involves assisting in developing training curriculum and conducting training sessions on Workday Report Writer, supporting mass data loads (EIBs), identifying and correcting errors in Workday business processes or data configuration, and troubleshooting complex issues. The analyst will serve as a liaison between Business and Finance, supporting systems and leveraging technology solutions. They will also work with functional leads to create functional requirements, assist with configuration activities, lead continuous improvement cycles for business processes, and perform testing to ensure system requirements are met. Management of Adaptive planning security, configuration, and integrations is also a key responsibility.
