About The Position

The Workday ERP Analyst serves as a functional business systems analyst supporting the implementation, adoption, optimization, and ongoing administration of the organization's Workday enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform. This position partners with business leaders, Information Technology, and key stakeholders to analyze business requirements, support process improvement initiatives, facilitate testing and training efforts, and help ensure Workday solutions align with organizational, operational, compliance, and strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related technical or business field.
• Five (5) years of experience supporting Workday, ERP, or other enterprise business applications.
• Experience includes business analysis, process improvement, requirements gathering and documentation, system implementation, testing, troubleshooting, data validation, conversion, stakeholder collaboration and management.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License.

Nice To Haves

• Experience participating in Workday implementation, deployment, or major enhancement initiatives.
• Experience in healthcare, public sector, nonprofit or governmental environments preferred.
• Experience supporting finance, accounting, payroll or human resources functions.
• Workday Pro Certification(s).
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
• PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA).
• Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred.
• Workday Certification preferred.
