About The Position

The Workday Analyst at SRS Heritage Group is pivotal in optimizing our HRIS systems to enhance service delivery and integration for our business customers. This role demands a collaborative approach to configure, update, and improve Workday processes, thereby directly impacting operational efficiency and user experience across multiple HR functions, including payroll, talent management, recruiting, and more. With proven expertise in Workday modules, the successful candidate will drive innovation and excellence within the Best-in-Class HR team at our state-of-the-art corporate office, fostering a team-oriented atmosphere that prioritizes communication, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Workday PRO Certification or a minimum of 3 years of experience in one or more of the following Workday modules: Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation, Workday Benefits, Workday Performance Management and Talent.
  • Demonstrated advanced technical aptitude in Workday systems.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations with experience handling HR data.
  • Proven excellence in written and oral communication skills, facilitating effective interaction with associates and managers.
  • Proactive commitment to excellence and associate care.
  • Ability to quickly adapt and address challenges with a sense of urgency.
  • Collaborative approach, with the capability to gather insights and promote team-based problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize HRIS Workday systems in a comprehensive, service-oriented environment to align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective configuration, updating, and continuous improvement of the Workday system.
  • Serve as a Workday subject matter expert, providing specialized knowledge and insights to drive business processes in HR, payroll, talent management, recruiting, and learning.
  • Implement and maintain robust security protocols within the Workday environment, ensuring data integrity and compliance with corporate governance standards.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline HR processes by leveraging Workday's advanced technical features, focusing on user-friendly solutions to improve overall user experience.
  • Execute timely system updates and configuration changes in Workday modules, including HCM, compensation, and time tracking, to support dynamic business needs.
  • Develop and deliver targeted training sessions for end-users to enhance their knowledge and maximize system utilization across multiple HR functions.
  • Analyze and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and drive initiatives aligned with the company's vision and mission.
