About The Position

As an Invisors Data Conversion Architect, you will lead the DC workstream internally by coaching more junior consultants, and externally by managing the design and delivery of Workday projects. On projects, you will work closely with functional architects across all Workday areas in scope, as well as manage cross-functional impacts with other domain leads. This role will allow you to coach others in their consulting career while helping clients develop a strong plan and design for their Workday system. In addition to your client-facing role, every Invisors Manager plays a critical role internally as we develop our business, improve our client offerings, and grow our team. You will be expected to contribute on projects as well as contributing internally.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Workday data conversion experience
• Prior consulting experience required
• Advanced excel skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience leading data conversion workstreams on multiple Workday projects
• Data analysis or conversion experience in multiple industries
• Experience with Workday Data Conversion and Workday tenant migration tools
• Must currently reside and work within the United States.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

• SQL skills preferred
• Preferred experience building complex solutions using Workday reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Guide project scope and design commitments with a client, leveraging project, industry, and Workday experience.
• Act as a partner for the Project Manager and Engagement Executive in planning project areas.
• Proactively collaborate with other project areas to develop solutions for requirements or planning challenges, aiming for the best solution for the project, client, and Invisors overall.
• Assist in budgetary accountability for their projects.
• Adapt approach appropriately to the situation and deliver difficult messages effectively.
• Convert data for 4 or more workstreams and demonstrate flexibility to quickly learn new workstreams.
• Manage mapping conversations and oversee transformation work across a project.
