The Workday Configuration Lead serves as the functional and technical expert for Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation. This role is responsible for designing, configuring, testing, implementing, and supporting complex compensation solutions that align with business objectives while maintaining system integrity, scalability, and compliance. This role partners closely with HR, Total Rewards, Payroll, Talent, Recruiting, Finance, and Technology teams to deliver innovative compensation solutions that improve the associate experience and enable strategic business outcomes.
