Requirements

Strong experience with Workday architecture and design across one or more modules
Previous experience leading or implementing Workday solutions in a consulting or client-side role.
Ability to design and deliver comprehensive Workday solutions that meet client needs.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Workday certification(s) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Lead and architect end-to-end Workday implementations and post production optimizations.
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, transforming them into system design solutions.
Provide expert-level guidance on Workday functionality across various modules, ensuring efficient configuration and integration.
Troubleshoot complex issues and design scalable, long-term solutions for system enhancements.
Mentor and guide junior consultants and client teams through best practices and Workday system knowledge.
