Moog’s Corporate HR Technology Team is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Workday Benefits and Compensation Lead to join them! As the Workday Benefits and Compensation Lead, you will serve as the primary functional expert for Moog’s global benefits and compensation process within Workday. You will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining core HR processes such as open enrollment, profit share, and pay review. You will ensure that Workday functionality aligns with business requirements and compliance standards while driving system enhancements and supporting global HR operations. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, collaborative professional with Workday expertise and a strong understanding of HR processes. You must be able to thrive in a global environment, demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, and commit to maintaining compliance and delivering high-quality HR technology solutions.
