This role serves as the primary functional expert for Moog’s global benefits and compensation process within Workday. Responsibilities include designing, configuring, and maintaining core HR processes such as open enrollment, profit share, and pay review, ensuring Workday functionality aligns with business requirements and compliance standards. The Lead will also drive system enhancements and support global HR operations.
