About The Position

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Workday API Developer to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and the broader enterprise application landscape. The role focuses on hands-on integration delivery using EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday APIs, with attention to reliability, security, and data quality. The position is 100% remote within the United States and is full-time, direct W2 employment. The listed annual salary range is $100,000–$150,000. Requirements

• At least 6 years of Workday integration development experience.
• Deep expertise in EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors.
• Strong XSLT skills and experience with Workday Studio orchestrations.
• Hands-on experience with Workday REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of the Workday data model and tenant configuration.
• Experience with the Workday security model, including ISU/ISSG patterns.
• Familiarity with calculated fields and custom report design.

Nice To Haves

• Workday Pro Integrations certification.
• Experience with PICOF, PECI, or Cloud Connect for Payroll.
• Familiarity with Workday Extend.
• Exposure to multi-tenant or multi-region Workday deployments.
• Experience integrating Workday with major SaaS platforms such as ServiceNow or Salesforce.
