The National Audubon Society is seeking a Workday Analyst for a 9-month, term-limited role with the potential for renewal. This role will support the optimization of their Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Recruiting modules by focusing on translating business process improvement and configuration recommendations into system configuration, testing, and deployment. The position reports to the Senior Manager, HRIS and is a hands-on role ideal for someone who can partner closely with People Operations and Talent Acquisition teams to improve system functionality, streamline workflows, and ensure successful implementation of enhancements. This position is classified as hybrid, in accordance with Audubon’s “Where We Work” Policy. Hybrid employees are expected to work in an Audubon office every Monday and Tuesday and an additional two days each month of the employee’s choosing. Candidates should be located within commuting distance of Audubon's offices in Washington, DC or New York, NY.
