Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of experience in maintenance or project scheduling
  • Hands‑on experience with CMMS and scheduling tools (Maximo and/or Primavera P6 preferred)
  • Ability to obtain a “Q” security clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience using Maximo and/or Primavera P6 in an industrial or maintenance environment

Responsibilities

  • Updating and publishing T‑Week schedules with precision and consistency.
  • Loading, leveling, and optimizing manpower resources across daily, weekly, and project‑based activities using Primavera P6.
  • Aligning Preventive and Corrective Maintenance with job readiness and asset availability in collaboration with the Work Week Manager and Operations Coordinators.
  • Closely monitoring schedule performance and providing key insights related to KPI trends, slippage, compliance, and overall adherence.
  • Participating in daily and weekly Work Week Management meetings.
  • Supporting Production and Project teams by supplying essential scheduling data for accurate plant forecasting.
  • Assisting the Work Control and Maintenance Manager with critical day‑to‑day tasks to ensure efficient and effective plant operation.
