This position may be filled as a Work Management Specialist I or one level higher as a Work Management Specialist II dependent upon the selected candidate's experience. The Work Management Specialist I is the learner level, responsible for providing work management support for Distribution, Customer Experience & Services, working within established processes and standards. This role may also provide basic administrative support to multiple managers and serves in a non-exempt capacity, accountable for accurate and timely work results supporting safety, reliability, storm restoration, and cost management while providing quality customer service. The Work Management Specialist II is the intermediate level, solving more complex problems and providing technical, analytical, and work management support for Distribution, Customer Experience & Services. This incumbent uses independent judgment and initiative to complete assigned tasks, accountable for accurate and timely work results supporting safety, reliability, storm restoration, and cost management while providing exceptional customer service. This position may also provide administrative support to multiple managers and serves in a non-exempt capacity.
