This position may be filled as a Work Management Specialist I or one level higher as a Work Management Specialist II dependent upon the selected candidate's experience. The Work Management Specialist I is the learner level, responsible for providing work management support for Distribution, Customer Experience & Services, while working within the parameters of established processes and standards. This position may also be utilized to provide basic administrative support to multiple managers and serves in a non-exempt capacity. It is accountable for providing accurate and timely work results which support safety, reliability, storm restoration, and cost management while providing quality customer service. The Work Management Specialist II is the intermediate level, solving more complex problems and providing technical, analytical, and work management support for Distribution, Customer Experience & Services. The incumbent uses independent judgment and initiative to complete assigned tasks, supporting safety, reliability, storm restoration, and cost management while providing exceptional customer service. This position may also be utilized to provide administrative support to multiple managers and serves in a non-exempt capacity.
