About The Position

This role sits at the intersection of systems, process, and experiential delivery, with a focus on optimizing and connecting our existing ecosystem rather than building from scratch. You will evaluate how our teams currently operate across monday.com and Google Workspace, identify opportunities for greater efficiency and clarity, and implement solutions that create a more seamless, scalable way of working. A key component of this role is acting as a monday.com specialist, driving platform optimization, structure, and scalability. This includes owning how monday.com is architected, maintained, and evolved across the organization, while also identifying where deeper technical support (monday.com developer/coder skillset) is required on a permanent or ongoing basis. As our systems mature, this role will expand beyond backend optimization into supporting and ultimately owning elements of client delivery, bridging internal operations with external experience.

Requirements

  • Expertise in monday.com platform architecture, optimization, structure, and scalability
  • Experience with Google Workspace
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and gaps in workflows and data structure
  • Skill in streamlining processes
  • Experience refining and connecting workflows across different departments (e.g., Sales, Project Management, Production)
  • Proficiency in optimizing automations, integrations, and board structures within monday.com
  • Understanding of where advanced configurations require dedicated development
  • Ability to serve as an internal specialist and subject matter expert
  • Experience establishing best practices for board structure, permissions, and data governance
  • Skill in ensuring consistency in tagging, tracking, and reporting
  • Ability to partner with developers for advanced builds
  • Experience aligning backend systems with client-facing outputs
  • Skill in improving information flow from internal tracking to external presentation
  • Experience standardizing tools and templates
  • Ability to translate current-state processes into scalable systems
  • Experience developing and refining templates for repeatable workflows
  • Skill in establishing best practices for system governance
  • Experience strengthening integrations between core tools
  • Ability to improve cross-functional visibility through dashboards and reporting
  • Skill in ensuring seamless handoffs between teams and project phases
  • Experience documenting system logic, workflows, and best practices

Responsibilities
