About The Position
Arkansas Enterprises for the Developmentally Disabled (AEDD) is seeking a caring, dependable, and motivated Work Instructor to support adults with developmental disabilities in a structured work and training environment. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid Arkansas Driver's License
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening (safety-sensitive position)
Nice To Haves
- Experience in human services or working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support participants in on-site work and training activities
- Ensure a safe environment and monitor participant well-being at all times
- Assist individuals in meeting production goals while maintaining quality standards
- Track and document daily progress, goals, and production outcomes
- Maintain accurate records, including work sheets, billing, and transportation logs
