About The Position
The Work Incentive Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for employed beneficiaries as it relates to Allsup Employment Services Return to Work program. The Work Incentive Specialist is responsible for building a positive relationship with the employed beneficiary.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED required
- One (1) to two (2) years’ customer service
- Ability to learn, retain and apply information
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication and customer relations skills
- Must be flexible, adaptive and responsive to change
- Highly motivated and target driven
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Effectively manage conversations
- Build rapport and redirect conversation
- Review correspondence
- Complete necessary forms
- Provide on-going education about the Social Security Administration Ticket-to-Work program and encourages on-going participation
