About The Position

As a Loader, you will move pallets of merchandise from staging areas and load proper trailers. This role involves operating forklifts and pallet jacks, inspecting trailers, and utilizing RF handhelds or voice systems to verify loading. You will also be responsible for wrapping pallets, operating battery changing hoists, maintaining a clean work area, and completing equipment inspection forms. This position requires a commitment to safety, reliability, and productivity in a warehouse environment, which may include freezer, perishable, or grocery warehouse conditions.

Requirements

Certified forklift and pallet jack operator.
Demonstrates commitment and ability to work safely.
Show reliability and maintain satisfactory attendance.
Produce quality work.
Ability to maintain required productivity/work expectations.
Ability to operate required materials handling equipment (MHE).
Never balancing, sitting.
Occasionally climbing up to 4 ft. (Must have fall protection training and using proper fall protection equipment).
Occasionally smelling, crawling, kneeling, and talking.
Occasionally, feeling, fingering, gripping and carrying up to 60 Lbs.
Frequently lifting up to 60 Lbs.
Continuously stooping, pivoting and reaching (level: Waist/overhead, etc.).
Continuously standing and walking on surface type (s): Carpet, tile, concrete.
Continuously handling hearing, seeing and repetitive movement using both hands and feet.
