About The Position

This independent-contractor opportunity allows qualified professionals to work from home, select available servicing hours, and earn income by supporting established nonprofit fundraising campaigns. We are seeking reliable, professional individuals who can operate independently, follow structured procedures, and accurately assist donors. All donor calls are strictly inbound. Donors call voluntarily after responding to an established nonprofit campaign. Your responsibility is to professionally answer the call and accurately process the donor’s pledge or contribution.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 6+ months of remote experience or 1 year of on-site customer service
• Calm, professional phone presence
• Solid typing and Microsoft Office skills
• Quiet home workspace
• Windows 11 ONLY
• 8 GB RAM computer is preferred
• Dual monitors (highly suggested)
• Noise-canceling USB headset
• Hardwired internet connection
