Requirements

  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Three (3+) years experience within similar size facility (over one million sq.ft.).
  • High school graduate/GED.

Nice To Haves

  • NCMMS System experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Configuring, operating, and maintaining the NCMMS System.
  • Providing shift-scheduled support to GSA.
  • Working staggered shifts to ensure normal operating hours are covered.
  • Conducting updates to asset tagging, creating complete and accurate equipment inventory records, updating NCMMS software, and monitoring and documenting daily work accomplishments.
  • Assisting with administrative quality control and other data tracking tasks.
  • Scheduling all facilities operations and maintenance services.
  • Overseeing maintenance schedules.
  • Managing the customer service desk.
  • Responding to service calls from building tenants.
  • Ensuring supplies and equipment are readily available.
